Jason LumAbout ScholarEdge Founder Jason Lum

Jason’s background and track record are impressive. Jason graduated from America’s most competitive programs at Harvard, Berkeley, and Washington University in St. Louis. Jason also received rigorous training in leadership and coaching from MIT and Columbia University. He’s also an expert in college advising, having graduated with honors from UCLA’s program in training professional independent college counselors.

Jason won over $250,000 in scholarships, winning virtually every major national award available to college students in the USA. He graduated debt-free.

His work experience also matters. Jason worked in the Harvard Admissions Office and at the Washington University in St. Louis Career Center.

The result? A track record that consistently helps students believe in themselves, to identify the best schools that match their needs, and to navigate the oftentimes complex admission process. Jason has helped hundreds of students in the USA and in foreign countries obtain admission to America’s top universities, including:

Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Columbia, Dartmouth, Princeton, Brown, Cornell, University of Pennsylvania, University of Chicago, Duke, Washington University in St. Louis, Williams, MIT, Caltech, UC Berkeley, Northwestern and every single school in the US News and World Report top 25 colleges and universities in the USA.

Having created ScholarEdge over a decade ago, Jason speaks across the USA and has been invited to speak in Asia, South America, and Europe. He routinely visits hundreds of colleges every year and invests thousands of dollars in attending conferences, workshops and institutes that provide value for his clients. That’s why ScholarEdge was voted an “Editor’s Choice” by a major American newspaper, and has been profiled by hundreds of articles over the last ten years.
